When you take off the upper intake to drill and tap is it the plenum gasket you have to buy and replace?

If it doesn't break, then it's good to reuse.

You can use gray RTV to help reseal, or a new upper plenum gasket

I've taken mine off 3 times. Gasket was still good after each time.

yeah, touch of RTV make them like new. The plenum gasket doesnt get much abuse to it
