Hoping someone can help me ID a part number. Me and my 2007 2500
HD Classic (LBZ) are currently in Chile and I have a hose that is leaking at the connector and I need to order a new one, but I can't figure out which part number it is.

I'm no mechanic so this is the best description I can give, I have also attached a photo that should clarify things.

In the back of the engine compartment a bit to the passenger side of the center (as you look from the front of the truck), there are 2 hoses that seem to attach to the passenger compartment bulkhead. The one in the image on the right has the leak and it seems like the other end goes to the turbo, or something below that, not sure. I think this hose has engine coolant in it as the fluid very slowly leaking has a watery consistency and I seem to be very slowly losing engine coolant level in the reservoir.

Can anyone shed some light as to the part number for this hose so I can order one and have it shipped down to Chile for me.

If it gets to the firewall, it may not be the hose. The cabin heater hoses go through the firewall through some plastic fittings. These are known to crack and leak.

Don't know what the GM part number is but PPE makes a silicon version that is much better (described at PPE Performance Silicone EGR to Cab Coolant Hose 04.5-07 GM 6.6L Duramax). However, the source of the leak could be the plastic connector between the hose and the firewall so, while you're at it, replace that connector with the stainless steel PPE version shown at PPE Stainless Steel Heater Hose Connector 99-14 GM 6.5L / 6.6L Duramax. You'll need a fuel line disconnect adapter to remove the plastic connector from the firewall inlet.

Most likely the quick connector is leaking. The short hose (aftermarket) requires you to buy the connector separately.
Conversely, the hose can be clamped directly to the heater core with a hose clamp. And generic 5/8" heater hose can be used.
The connectors are used to aid cab removal for major repairs.

I presume this heater hose is carrying coolant? At least I hope so because that would also explain the slow coolant loss.

Sadly I'm somewhat constrained by what can be ordered. I'm told I should stick to items available on Amazon or else things can get stuck in Chile customs for weeks.
So, the PPE option mentioned by ar077 is tricky down in Chile even though I'm a big fan of PPE products.

@heymccall - Luckily the Dorman 626615 is available on Amazon. But, I'm a bit confused since you provided several other products.
Is the Dorman 626615 an all-in-one solution and the other items are a cheaper alternative if I want to piece it together? Or do I also need the shorter hose and connector (which I don't see on Amazon) along with the full Dorman part? I don't mind spending a bit more for the all-in-one, as this is easier and as I mentioned, I'm no mechanic.
