To me, that was the most important option when I ordered my truck... besides the Duramax of course! You will have to make or buy the wiring harness to go from the passenger side of the dash to the light so they come on with the rest of the ambers.

If you can put 2 spade connectors on the red and black wires, then you can make your own. With the Pacer lights, I don't thing the GM harness will connect to the lights, but will look good in the panel on the passenger side. Things I used when installing the lights on another members truck was 1 roll of black wire, one roll of red wire, 2 connectors to fit inside the panel, and electrical tape. There is a nice write upon this Place:

Connection for lights on 05

I just installed on my 2007. I was told to jump on the back of the trailer brake controller harness down on the firewall on the driver's side (brown wire on the newer trucks). This will give you the same circuit as the marker lights. Make sure to use the inline fuse provided with the light kit in case of a short, etc.

Good luck.

I didn't think of that and have used that exact wire in the past to power running board marker lights. However it would be ideal to find an in-cab source so you don't have to run a wire from inside to outside.
