Yesterday during regen and about 90 degree ambient temp, my truck threw a P2563, "turbo boost control position sensor performance". The engine is bone stock and it's roughly 1 year to the date that the truck threw a P0234 "Overboost condition".

I've been reading where "sticking vanes" are a common issue with these trucks. Oil is changed regularly, fuel additives, etc.. :Looks like a 10-12 hour job to pull the turbo but with the P0234 a year ago, and the P2563, am I looking at a new turbo?

The Unison ring sticking is a common problem. Removing the turbo and cleaning will resolve the problem.
