My brother has a 2005 LLY 605ftlb dually. Hes been having issues while driving sporadically, but it got really bad last night. I had this problem with my Edge/Juice box when driving in the rain, or on really damp days.
The symptoms are, knocking, overfueling(alot of smoke=unburned fuel), He cannot get the truck to go above 30mph. Everything is fine maintenance wise, filters etc. It starts then just goes away. I told him to unhook the Edge and drive it,
Im just wondering if anyone else has had any issues that are similar and what the fix was. It did throw an SES light, but it cant be too bad of a code because it already went away.
Any ideas?

Did you scan it to see the code went away or did the light just go out? If you scanned it what did you use?

Have him remove the Edge like Rick suggested. If this fixes the problem have him contact Edge.
