Now I know an opinion is just an opinion, but do you guys think 285's look good on stock rims. My buddy just put some on his, and to me, the tire dwarfed the rim. Maybe it's just me. I already bought 285 bfg for my stock rims but now thinking it could look weird. Do you think having white letters showing would help make the tire look a little smaller to help make it look better? Just looking for opinions.

my friend had black walls out and i thought it looked pretty good. especially after cranking up the t-bars 5-8 turns just to get that level look.

you will want some 8" wide rims so that the tires will wear correctly. (IMHO) ....later, Ed.
