I need to order some new OE fuel filters. I used to buy them from Oilguard.com, but they are over $41 ea.! Kennedydiesel has the Baldwin version for $30 ea. Don't know if there is any difference or if the Baldwin is made by Racor?

It appears that the latest version is the Racor/Parker PFF5544. Is this the case? Is Kennedy's Baldwin the same as this model? Thanks, SPICER.

For a long time all Duramax fuel filters were made by Racor. There were some other names printed on the canister, but all were made on the same assembly line. Still true? Spicer

I looked this up. Says they are $20 each. The home page says that all filters are WIX/Napa Gold. Still unsure if Wix really makes it or not. They spec on this website says 2 micron nominal. It did not say "dual pleat". SPICER

Yes, Wix makes the NAPA Gold fuel filter and it is a dual pleat. The NAPA p/n is 3910 and the Wix p/n is 33910, and they're made in the USA. It says so right on the filter.
