Ive been looking for an oil leak and cant find it.it seems to be worse on passenger side.ive read on here with people having problems with the injectors going bad putting fuel in oil and then overfowing out the overfow tube which im guessing its on passeger side?I do tow a 5th wheel on these trips and when i get home it drips bad.i bought this truck used off a small used car dealer lifted already.it only has 50k miles on it.do you think it is the injectors creating this problem.and if so im screwed on the warranty aint I?

Covered

Injectors covered by engine warranty to 100k.

Go go User CP at top part of page and fill out signature letting us know what you have and what modifications you have. We can help better and more that way.

If you take it to a dealer and tell them you have diesel in fuel(if that is what your oil leak is), loss of power and hard starting, they'll check the injectors for you. (and probably replace them for free)

If that was your problem then there would be an excessive amount of fuel/oil on the dipstick. Check the level and see if it smells like diesel fuel. Also a common leak is a plug on the front side of the LB7. Right by the crank on the fron of the motor. If that is not leaking check the turbo drain pipe. Sometimes this pipe cracks, or the gasket will leak. If it does it will drain down the back right side of the block. Lastely see which side is leaking and check to see if it is coming from a valve cover or if it is in between the head and block. There might be a blown head gasket.

Let me know.
