I didnt start my 03 for about 3 weeks and not it wont start. The wait light and IP lights flash. There sounds like a clunking noise, not a tick like the battery is dead. Had the block heater plugged in all night. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

First, start by removing your batteries and taking them to your local auto parts store and ask the staff to perform a load test on each one.
If one or both fail the test, replace them both as a matched set

I'll check them, but they are both only 3 months old. My other Bosch batteries lasted 8 yrs.
