Thanks, do you have a direct link to where that's posted? They must be talking about GMCJoe's truck :)

BTW, I predict this thread will be moved, probably to the suspension subforum. And I hate the word "sick" and "sickest", reminds me of having a cold - why can't we just go back to calling um "bad azz" or "bi*chen" or even "awesome" and be done with it? :D

If you cant lose on 22's then just think what you can do on 24's. He's gunna be a big wheel rider. I like big wheeels but those things are probably going to wiegh a ton.

LOL! No that one is not mine Roadshark. Im going to definately do the 9-11 inch CST lift with 37 inch Toyo MTs and 20 inch Chrome wheels. 24s are ok, but still a bit too much for my taste. It seems to almost make the 37" tires loose alot of sidewall with anything bigger than 22s. Im still sure it will be an awesome looking truck though, no doubt about that.

Im doing the black powder coated CST lift kit with the chrome Fox Shocks. (An Orange lift kit wouldnt look so great on a black truck I think, unless im going for the haloween theme :D ) .
I have always loved that look of Black and Chrome together. After I do all the chrome escalade accents, door handles, mirrors,...etc, the billet grille, and chrome wheels, it should really look Sweet! :)

My 07 LMM HD truck will definately be one of the most "Bi-chen" trucks around when im done with it!

ive seen the 24 inch rims and the kuhmos on a superduty here in VA and it was ugly as hell

that night i saw that truck he burned theos tires to the ground trying to pull a duramax

needless to sya he was at the shop the next dya ordering another two tires

very pricey

and very ugly

rims are toooooo big for 37s

you need like the new 54 inch bogger to keep it in perspective

i like big rims but 24's are pushing it, especially with only 37's. they should either do 20's or 22's at most or go with a much larger tire. heck, with that big of a lift it should at least be running 40's anyways, im getting kind of sick of seeing these trucks jacked up to the sky with like 4 feet between the top of the tire and the fender.

Yeah, I agree with you, 24s are a bit big for only 37s. You do have a point on the size tire with that big of a lift as well foreman. You could easliy fit 40s on a 10-12 cognito with maybe 22s, or if you wanted, even the 24s. A 40 might look better with 24s than a 37 inch tire.

If you like that big rim look its cool, but on a 10-12" congito lift, you might want to consider a larger tire for that size rim. Only opinion.:)

Here is a 37 inch tire with a 24 inch rim:

This tire/wheel ^ combo is a 37 inch pirelli tire on a 24 inch jessie james rim. Not much sidewall left on it.

This truck below is only a CST 6-8 inch lift with those 37s above. Much much smaller lift than the Cognito 10-12. Definately a Good lookin truck though.

GMC JOE. In the second pic, it looks like the body moulding and 2500HD were gold plated, which would go with the 24's. Looking at pic#1, I think the gold is a reflection. :)
