Hello to all. Love this forum. So much information regarding pretty much every topic concerning my new 2500HD . Thanks to MaxPower for all his help with installing a remote starter. I'll let you know how it goes when I finish the install this weekend. Quick question, does anyone know if we can trigger the heated seats for the remote start from the BCM? I know in previous years you had to go into the door panel. But on mine, I can hear a relay clicking under the dash (near the BCM) when the heated seats turn on/off. Thanks in advance

OHH Wow....must be pretty damn cold up there It's about 27 degress out here. Hey, love your rig by the way. Is that a 3500 clearance light under the tailgate? Was thinking of installing that vs. the mini tailgate bar from RECON. How long is that one? I know the aftermarket one measures 15" (which doesn't quite make it all the way across the top of the license plate). Thanks in advance.

Long Island eh, ive got relatives in Riverhead, Kings Park area, Quogue, Montaque Point and Patchogue. Only been there to visit. About 75 miles north of Lake George by Gore MT. ski area. You may have to ask a GM tech to get the correct info on the heated seats so you know where to correctly tap in the harness, if you can. Like said above go to the electronic forum and there are quite a few gm techs on this site that may help you.
