Is it neccessary to get new tuned software after bigger turbo? Stock went dead and now installing powermax stage 1..i live abroad and no tuners nearby🙄

08 silverado 3500hd,only mods are downpipe,5" straight exhaust and some bulk tune.New turbos are hard to find in finland so i ordered that powermax from us,1800$ cheaper than stock in finland.Some say it needs to change n75 maps but also that it will work just fine without changing

Any time you increase boost/air intake you also need to adjust for fuel depending on your turbo. Programming helps that.
