will the 05 sierra bumper and grille bolt right up to my 02?

It would probably bolt up to the frame, but would look like crap with the body. The grille lines are way different.

How so? Headlights and turn signals are the same. The body moldings are very similar. The grilles seem to be close to me as well!!

yes it will but you need to change the bumper mounts on the frame no hard but the they are welded i think

it looks just like an 03 when you change them since the only difference is the grill and bumper on 03 up

i finished a couple of months ago,a swap of an 06' front clip on a 2002 truck
parts you'll need

1.2 front fenders
2.05-06 hood
3.05-06 grille
4.2 headlights 03-06
5.2 turn signals 03-06
6.front bumper assm.[upper cover,chrome center,lower filler
7.2 fog lights 03-06
8.2 headlight mounting panels 03-06
9. 3 parts for cowl ,1 center ,1 left , 1 right
10.hood latch 03-06

now for the fun part,you will need to mount the parts on truck and then fit bumper using 03-06 brackets [but the truck frame is too short] you will need to space front bumper out about 2'',,

all the other parts just fit on the truck
