So staring at the IAT sensor it looks like 1/2NPT threads. Am I right? If so I may actually one around here somewhere. If I dont have one, where did you find one?

The boost sensor, I'm gonna guess 1/4 hose nipple on it?

when i said I had might have one, I meant the tap
mmk....after finding my 1/2 npt tap, its not that, so it actually looks like 3/8NPT...

so what size is the map sensor nipple?
Pull the sensor, run the round shank of a drill bit into the bore - it is smooth, for an o-ring seal - try different sizes.
its a 1/4 nipple
NEW QUESTION!!!!!!

did you have to use shorter bolts to mount the new intake?
Had to use shorter bolts. I found out after I got mine apart. Went to Lowes and they had them. Just took the old ones and matched them up when I got there...
I think the boost knipple is 1/8" NPT and I'll look tomorrow on the tap for the IAT sensor.

I got it all figured out

IAT sensor is 3/8NPT. MAP sensor nipple is 1/4" hose. So at this point I have one more place to check for a 3/8NPT tap. If they dont have it I'm look for a 1/2NPT to 3/8NPT bushing. I've checked 2 Home Depots, Lowes, Advance Auto, Pep Boys, Salvo's (local auto parts), True Value (just sold last one), and Harbot Freight (sold out). One more True Value on the way home tonight to check, then if I cant find a local plumbing supply house that doesnt have it, time for bushing.
