looking at buying new tires for my 2007 . any comments on michelin agilis crossclimate LT245/75r16 120r e1 tires ? $782.39 plus tax and mounting.

I’ve run these tires on my 04 - Firestone originals sucked, bfg all terrains wore terribly, Nitto terra grapplers literally thre entire tread lugs off after 500 mi, Michelin LTX M/S wore and rode great, but were expensive. Most recent set is Cooper Discoverer AT3 in 265/75/16. They ride fine and so far wear well after 5k miles and COMPLETE rebuild of front suspension, steering, and alignment. Don’t remember the price, but probably about the same as what you have above or maybe a smidge less. I did all the steering / suspension rebuild myself.
