What is inside this tube?? My first reaction is it looks like it actually decreases the diameter of the exhaust? How much does it cost? Can MBRP just manufacture it into the exhaust?

Looking in Sept 06 bissue of Diesel Power mag, pg 132, I wonder how the front pipe from Diamond Eye compares to the torque tube? It is supposed to reduce cabin noise as well as improve flow.
