I was wondering if it is possible to convert our automatic hubs to manual hubs.

No. Our half shafts are bolted direct to the hub. There is no mechanical engagement device at the hub, its an electronic disconnect basically at the differential. I would much rather have mechanical lockouts at the hubs like many of the import ifs designs but, no such luck.

With our set up there is only one device to break that locks the front end in ;) I'll take it over locking hubs. Even the good old manual had issues. You can get rid of the actuator and go with a manual one if you wish(or I believe they make em for the new HD trucks)

I don't think Posi-Lock has one out for out trucks yet. Been watching but haven't seen one.

well that sucks......I thought they did but wasnt 100% sure. Thanks for the info :)
