I recently replaced my head gasket, thanks to all who posted Pics, Now my low coolant light wont go off, good supply of coolant, no leaks but it still comes on, is the sensor fugged?????? and how much for that friecken tank???

First thing I would do is to make sure the sensor is connected (especially if it worked prior to the head gasket repair). Maybe is was disconnected and never reconnected. Just a thought,,,,,

did you ever figure this problem out, mine is doing the same thing, i have 12 volts at the sensor, and a brand new tank, and mine will not go off....

mine came on the other day when i started my truck and stayed on untill i shut the truck off, i checked the coolant level and it was fine, nothing was hot and the upper rad hose was full when i squeezed it. it hasnt came back on, the only thing i can think of is i had it parked over the weekend kinda sideways off my driveway in a snow bank

If you drain coolant completely out of reservior low coolant level switch
will trip and even after filling will usually not reset. Leave truck off and tap
on side of tank with rubber mallet. Usually a couple of taps will get level
sensor to reset. Restart truck and if light is still on try again, should work
after first attempt though.
