I Just had all 8 injectors replaced under warranty at ~100,00mi. After picking up the truck, I drove it about 50 miles, shut it off last night, and started it back up thismorning. When I started it up, I got a Low Coolant message on the DIC. I checked the coolant and added about a gallon. 25 miles later, I shut the truck off, and when I started it back up, I got the Low Cooland message again. The coolant is plenty full, and I'm not sure if maybe the sensor just hasn't reset yet.
Any way injector replacement could cause this? They added 2gallons of dex-cool when it was in there, I would assume this means 4 gallons total (including water). The truck heats up as fast as it used to; I've a winter front in the upper grill (none in the lower grill). The oil temp/pressure looks normal, and once it gets up and running the coolant temp looks normal.
