So I got the 5" MBRP cat-back exhaust system and I tightened down all the clamps and all the hangers are on correctly but the piping is still loose. Is this a problem for anyone else. Is it suppose to be like this? Any was to fix it if not?

BTW, sounds awesome!!!!

Loose at the joints? Be sure that you push the joints together as far as it has room for, and then tighten the clamps. I rotate tightening on the clamp nuts to keep it even.

Sometimes the lube on the pipes is the culprit for the slippage. You may want to clean the joints off and if this doesnt take care of it you could get some 5" band clamps for your local truck store.

When i mean loose, i mean that I can go to the back of the truck and grab the tail pipe and wiggle it back and forth about 2-3 inches. Is this normal?

That sounds like normal movement on the rubber exhaust hangers.

Try adjusting the clamp on hangers to actually put a little tension on the rubber mounts.

After I installed my cool duals I tack welded all the joints. Now it is rock solid.
