No more than one would expect of any vehicle with 400k on it.
I know the original owner of mine that put 300k of the 400k on it.
Things that were replaced:
Engine, Tranny, & Turbo rebuilt at 300k (Engine later was determined not necessary)
A/C compressor, rear evaporator, and starter at 350k
Alternator at 390k
IP and Lift pump at 100k (replaced by GM under warranty)
Things I've replaced:
Lift pump ($80)
PMD (Fixed the problem the engine was originally rebuilt to fix) ($225)
Starter ($210)
A/C Blower motor ($30)
Wastegate Solenoid ($40)
Harmonic Balancer and crank pulley ($250)
Batteries ($250)
Known things that are currently broken:
Plastic front grill is cracked
Rear WW hose is brittle and crumbling
Intermittent wipers are flakey.
Weird "fishbiting" issue with engine (may be IP)
Rear main seal leaks
Vacuum lines are brittle and prone to cracking
A/C mixer or recirc door is clunking
Door locks are finicky(have to jiggle the key)
Things I expect will need attention within the next 100k or so miles
Wheel bearings
Suspension parts (shocks, bushings, springs, etc...)
Window & Lock motors
Wiper motor (front)
Brake system (is still all original..no problems yet knock on wood)
Power Steering system.
