One thing that may put you at ease is that when i initially setup the forum it only had countries, so people that registered then only had that choice.. next i added some cities on request. later i changed the field so you can type whatever you want instead of picking form a list.. chances are most people haven't gone back and changed their profile to reflect their correct location.. so i guess its my fault
