So it has a coolant loss problem.
Started at 213000 miles. Looses 1/2 to 3/4 gallon a day on a long haul from AZ to VA. Some gets in the oil but not much. Had the coolant system checked and it held for 3 days. Replaced the water pump, oil cooler, injector cups. Work done by Done Right Diesel. I put UV dye in but found only a tiny bit somewhere over the driver side axle flange but could not find the source. I did use Barr's stop leak on the long trip, flushed that out once home. No external leak found.

When I tow the camper from PHX to Flagstaff I loose a little once camped. When I get home the level is way down.

Either head gaskets or cracked head.

My plan is to throw money at it.

Pull the engine, no oil leaks but it is seeping everywhere.
Send the heads to the shop
Pull the engine apart and check everything
All new bearing, gaskets and seals.
Bigger oil pan.
AFE radiator
Banks cooler
Stealth turbo
South bend dual disk clutch
Engine brake
Banks 4 inch exhaust.
Head studs for sure.

Already have a FASS lift pump

Do I need bigger injectors?
Turbo pipes and manifolds?
Injectors lines?

Mahle makes a overhaul kit with pistons and rings... Should I replace those too.

Any pointers and tips are much welcome.

I would definitely invest in some SAC-style injectors and replace the injector lines.
If you are upgrading the turbo then also upgrade the pipes.

I recommend contacting Brent over at Lincoln Diesel Specialties: Diesel Injection, Parts and Services

I've only had this truck for a year and a half maybe I was told the injectors were upgraded type but no clue what they are I will post once I get them out.

I was referred to RnR custom engines. The initial phone call was great, I hope to have it all to them by tomorrow.

While you have the motor out, be sure to replace the oil cooler seals.
Oil cooler is another overlooked source of coolant leaks.
