That means it was/possibly is and over heater. That was one of GM's fixes for that problem. I dont think it cured it though.

Take it back. It might not be too late. Or....

Do you plan on towing anything? If not, you could keep it.

Run the vin in the vin check forum and see if its been in for overheating repair.

Well its tough to say. Here's an option for you. Run your vin here in the vin check thread in the main page. That'll give you a complete list if everything your truck's been through since it's conception. It's very detailed.

If you dont plan on towing anything, or light loads, it may just be the truck for you. On the other hand, there are indeed fixes for this problem with parts such as a V2 radiator and an aftermarket tranny cooler. We have vendors here who sell them and pretty much offer a complete kit for around a grand if I'm not mistaken.

Sounds like it is too late for a return:( . Buy the V2 and be done with it. The reason for the 06 air box is because the pryor owner complained of overheating. That is the ONLY reason Gm would put it on.

Probably not. If you switch out your radiator, you're on your own so dont expect GM to offer any assistance.

I'm pretty sure Kennedy Diesel sells them.

He's a supporting vendor here. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong and hopefully provide you the link to where you could find one
