I have read that a lot of us testers are running on level 3 or 4 so I figured I'd work the MPG side instead.

I talked to Nick about how to get the truck to "learn" the diff settings, he said I should go run 100+ miles on each setting that I'd use, so that's what I've done over the last few days.

I run interstate 15 in SoCal 65 miles each way. I also have 35" tires on a 4WD with a 6" lift, other then the Juice, nothing performance wise has been done to my truck (stock intake, stock exhaust) Just a little programmer to re-calc my stock speedo for the bigger tires.

Monday and Tuesday were hosed tests because of low tire pressure (was trying to smooth out the ride in my truck a little, that freeway is a *****!) and got a regen on Tuesday which killed everything.

Running 70-75mph on level 4 I averaged 18.0 mpg yesterday
I got 19.2 this morning on level 3 and 18.7 on the way home (AC on)
Tomorrow I'll run level 1 and see what we get.

I am already very happy with this programmer, and if I can hit 20+mpg I dunno what I'll do.

I also have been playing around with boost launching as this is my first diesel truck... I'm kickin the snot out of people.
:ro)

Ran 16.6 yesterday and today on level 1 (milage)

Think I'll leave it on level 3 unless I'm towing.
