I wouldnt worry about it. Everytime you drain and refill the coolant system, you get lots of air pockets in the system. Over the next 100 miles or so, the coolant level will slowly drop as the air bubbles work out of the system. Wehn I drained my coolant system, I kept adding a little coolant every day because it would drop slightly. Now its fine, maybe a week later.
