I Have recently purchased an 04.5 LB7 C/C Short Bed Diesel, Chevy. I purchased for it a Triple Dog Programmer, from Bully Dogg. Well, I ran the programmer W/O making any mods to the intake as well as the exhaust. It runs fine, so I think. My question to all that have lots of experience with these trucks. Since adding the programmer, my DIC has shown me a very large increase in MPG, is the DIC correct. Because if it is, I can't believe it. I will not reveal what it says until I get some responses. It is very hard for me to think that a truck so large so could possibly get that kind of fuel economy. I will add to that; I have purchased a Bully Dog 4" exhaust and a K&N intake. What if anything do you all think of that combination.

Tuners screw up the mileage computer.

You'll have to hand calculate, you won't be getting better mileage, too hard to keep your foot out of it:D
