Is autoenginuity the only one?

I'm trying to time my 1999 ODB2 after an injector pump install. Is there any other software out there to read timing? For the price of autoenginuity, it just makes more sense to get a tech2 from china. I've gone through a few programs to see if timing is there with my allinone odb2 cable.

The Autel MaxiDas is the other one that can do timing related work on the 6.5L
Car Code was another choice but I believe they are no longer available
Tech 2 is worth it.

Has anyone used the vx nano for timing? Says it can do what the tech2 does

The only vx nano I am aware of is made by Logitech and it's a wireless mouse
vcx nano

anyone use this here? Some say its a bit much to setup IDK though
It shows in the ad that you also need a subscription service and the GM tech subscription FYI

I'm gonna go through the reviews more because I see people are programming key fobs with this ( maybe sub. for programming purposes) but for just reading maybe not? Thanks everyone for the feedback
I still have my vx diag nano sitting hooked up to a laptop and never could get it running right. Constant issues with software licenses and updates and virus scan. I’d stay away. Or you can buy mine with the laptop and try your hand! I’ll probably buy a tech2 if I see a real one come up for a reasonable price, or just buy a Chinese clone.

Chinese Tech 2s have been pretty good. I plan on acquiring one hopefully by the end of the year to go with my Autel scanner.

thank you blackmanta, but I dont need a laptop, I have no problem disabling virus prog. on my laptop to make tech2 work. Or do whatever to it takes. A windows reinstall is no problem on laptop if need be.
Would you sell just the scan tool?
What I was saying is that the software provided by the vx diag company has never worked and the wintech2 software provided via sketchy download host links (which is obviously pirated and full of malware) has yet to work . Every time I try to contact the company, they tell me to update to the latest version that has the new licenses and patches to fix the software. But still no go and we go through the whole thing again and again. The laptop is one I purchased specifically for the scan tool so I wouldn’t have any other software on it and nothing that would matter in case the software was (and as it turned it to be) full of malware. I’d rather sell the laptop and scanner together, but I’m hoping I can get it working before I actually sell it off to someone.
