Stanadyne tag on rear face, towards intake manifold.

Green tag indicates upgrades installed - ceramic rollers, ESO, Optic Sensor, etc.

From the truck VIN GM can tell you exactly what pump the truck had installed when built .If replaced under 11/120 warranty ,or cutomer pay , accurate info may not be available. It does not cost you at GM for there info on your truck.

You have a 94 F engine. If computer is correct for that year F engine, you have a 5068 pump. That pump is unique to 94 F engine.

You have to be careful as there was a re-flash available to allow the use of the 5288 (and higher) pumps. I just found my truck to have a 5288 pump the other day (and I THINK that I am happy about that...?)...

there are some places that sell those 5068 pumps with modifications that put out much more fuel than any of the other ip's iirc it was like 93mm as opposed to 84mm or somthing like that. if it works good i say leave it on but dont ever scrap it. with some mods it could be quite useful Rigger has one on his truck

At 200kmi you should seriously consider some passed due maintenance, including new IP, timing chainset, injectors, lift pump, OPS, and HO watepump with '97 cooling upgrades.

Opt for the 5521 IP with eprom if you go that route - your 5068 is fairly valuable, as they're becoming scarce, so you might advertise it on e-bay.
