Will I need to disconnect the batteries when installing this adapter to keep the truck from freaking out when I disconnect the radio? Is there any other concerns when installing. Thanks! -Mark

Had no problems installing the PAC Aux Input mod, on my truck. Different module I know, however, still had to pull the entire radio out to do it. Only noticed that once the truck had the "GM Overheat Fix" done, it was reflashed and then the factory head unit began displaying "aux1" and "aux2" where before it didn't.....

Ben,

Yes - lux upgrade is complete. Just adding sub to rear. I wanted to know if disconnecting the batterys was the only thing I needed to do to keep the theft deterent from going off. If there's anything else please let me know. I should be getting the Pac tonight. Thanks -Mark
