In the process of reinstalling the factory fuel filter housing since the previous owner decided a boat filter housing was so much better.
My question is how does the fuel inlet connect to the injection pump itself. Was there a special fitting? Trying not to cobble if I don’t have to. I have supplied a picture of what I’m dealing with.
The house that is currently there is a piece of 3/8” hard line. Is it just as simple as swapping the line for a 1/4”.

Truck is a 93.

Thanks in advance,
Don

Looks like it has been adjusted for a larger fuel line.
You could just keep that and use the larger fuel line.
OEM is 1/4" fuel line.
A 1/4" brake line with fitting will work.
This is the OEM fitting that screws into the IP.

Good deal. I’ll just run some 1/4” brake line since I’m going back to the factory fuel filter housing.
Thanks for the help!
