I was at a walmart and they had a deal on two bfg's in my haste to get them in the truck I missed that they are 33x12.5x16.5's ko a/t and not 16's. I was going to put them on my stock 16's. I didn't find out until tonight that I had bought the wrong tires. So the 16.5's will definately not fit on the stock rims? Looks like I will be returning these tires. Hopefully they will take them back. This sucks as I got a good deal.

Allimax, 16.5's will definately not fit your stock rims. Wal-mart generally has about the best return policy you could hope for. Not sure what their policy is if they were clearance items... Good luck!

Go return them, bring your receipt and if customer service give you a problem ask for a manager if the manager does want to refund them complain and make a big deal out of it and they will take them back. My wife worked at the local Wal-mart and when she worked customer service customers with items that were not the right items ie. vcr crammed into a DVD box, were taken back by management when the customer complained loud enough. You should be fine though with your receipt.

I use to be a tech at Anderson GMC in Baltimore,MD. If you go in back and look above the tire changer you will see a permanent mark in the cieling from somebody trying to seat a 16.5 on a 16 inch rim, not only will it not work, it's dangerous as hell for the person trying to do it!!!!

I used to work with a girl who returned a TV to wal-mart, that she bought at a garage sale. Very liberal return policy, with your receipt you shouldn't have a problem
