but not with a 6.2, buddy is giving me a 98 K3500, can't pass up free.
Has a Jasper replacement and a recently rebuilt 4L80e.
Needs some work though but what the hay why not.
Once he moves the dirt piles blocking it in I will go pick it up.
Guess I gotta get a thread over in the 6.5 section
Woohoo I'm back...

Here's quick pic, no rot on the cab, frame is in great shape.
Doors have some rust and will need brake and fuel lines done.
And he said something about it not making boost.

Been awhile, I went to check on it and try to get it running.
Batteries were stone dead, I had left the key in the ignition and because the drivers side door panel is missing the switch for the seat belt chime doesn't get pushed in to shut it off.
So I had to jump it, after about 30 minutes of letting it charge with jumper cables it fired up.
Hopefully I will get it later today.
Here is another pic, pretty amazing how little rust is on this truck, especially spending it's life up here in the Northeast.

Welcome back! Funny. I'm looking at one locally like this. Except with an HD As hell ladder rack. I think it's 4wd, 6.5 TD '93 for 2500?

Sold it, too many projects and not enough time. I didn't want it sitting around all winter and having the mice make it their home.
