So over the last couple months I've been having brake and power steering issues, it goes away when I put more power steering fluid in then it slowly leaks out at the hydro boost master cylinder connection. So it go to a point where it ran dry for a little while and lost power steering and brakes completely so then i replaced the hydro boost and now it doesn't leak anymore but now i still have no brakes. Is it the master cylinder? Does it need to bleed? What needs to be done to make my brakes work again? All i did was removed the lines from the old hydro boost and then disconnected the master cylinder without removing brake lines and put the new hydro boost back in.

Update: Forgot the pushrod for the master cylinder and brakes will engage now but it is engaging while driving on one side, do they just need bled?

Yes, if you have not bled them then do that first.
