Hi gang, search surprisingly didnt come up with anything. I know the ends of the crossbar have tabs, and there are some on top and inside, I just dont know how to work them to release. Any help is appreciated, Frank:help:

Its been a year since I pulled the grill on B.R.T. , but IIRC,

You have to take the core support cover off first.

On the Chevy, look in the 4 "corners" of the grill itself. You'll see 4 plastic Phillips head "screws". They are like Dzeus fasteners....you turn them 1/4 (or was it a 1/2?) turn to the left to unlock them. There is one 10mm bolt near the top center of the grill.

I'm pretty sure the GMC is the same, but there may be one more 10mm bolt on the top.

Then theres the infamous clips on the very ends of the chrome bars.

That should do it.
