I'll try and explain without pictures... Lay under your truck, you will see two bars running front to back on either side. At the back of them there with be a single bolt going up into the key that puts tension on the bar. You have to jack up the front of your truck and turn the bolts left or right to adjust the front ride height. (left is lower right is higher) Just remember how many turns you change it so you can put it back without worrying about getting an alignment afterwards.
