Clyde (socaldieseltech) said to pressurize the wastegate with an air compressor and then loosen the nut and turn the rod. I pressurized the wastegate so it opens, but the rod wont turn at all... its hard to get in there with pliars, I even tried small vice grips but it still wont turn.

Anyone have any ideas?

ya if your only getting 31 psi to start i do not think adjusting the wastegate will do didly squat...

the wastegate is set to 41psi from BD, so if your not close to that then it is a fuel problem, or lack of...

we are turning the wastegate in three complete turns and are hitting highs of 47psi in 3,4,5, gears all above 40psi with the lb7 and westers tuneing pushing egts into the 1700 degrees

everytime we added more fuel to the tune we could see it on our maximum boost psi going up with higher egt temps
