I'm ready for my 2nd oil change, but I've decided to get a lot more done this time. I'm at 10,300 miles and I'm curious what all of the following should cost (from my dealer)?

1. Lube, oil, and filter (15W40)

2. Fuel filter change (please use updated dual pleated fuel filter)

3. Allison transmission fluid and filters changed (please be sure magnet is cleaned and replaced on external filter.)

4. Drain and refill front differential and rear axle

5. Tires balanced and rotated. (50 PSI all 4 tires)

Should be good for $300-400

Probably less then $100 if you did it yourself.

Yea, that was my guess Max. I really don't have the tools and desire to do that much. I could change the oil myself, but figure letting the dealer do it will improve my proof of maintenance.

Well, I won't be getting this done at the dealer where I bought my truck. This is unbelievable!

I faxed them a letter requesting price information. They called me today and gave me the price information.

1. Lube, oil, and filter (15W40) $80.00

2. Fuel filter change (please use updated dual pleated fuel filter) $120.00

3. Allison transmission fluid and filters changed (please be sure magnet is cleaned and replaced on external filter.) $180.00

4. Drain and refill front differential and rear axle $270.00

5. Tires balanced and rotated. (50 PSI all 4 tires) $85.00

TOTAL: $735.00

And I'm a preferred customer!

WOW and I thought alaska was expensive. The dealer where I bought mine from wants around 400 for the 30000 mile service, which is pretty close to what you are wanting to do with yours.
