How many different styles of pre-cups for the 6.5's are there?

Today i heard there are several types?

As far as I know there were different types for the "c" and "j" code 6.2's and all 6.5's got the "diamond" cups. Personaly experience has tought me that there is a different cup for the n/a 6.5 though. It appears similar to a "c" type 6.2 cup.

4 I think. One for the S engines and then there was the F engine ones prior to 99 and the diamond ones from 99 on. And I believe the N/A engines got a different one as well.
