How many of you guys with an LBZ are running 100 to 110 hp extra rated @ the crank with just a Transgo jr in your trans without any trouble. I am kinda scared to go that hi so i want to know how most of stock trans with only a transgo are holding up.Would i be okay going up to no higher than 110hp at the crank?? I know my trans is stronger than my buddys new powrestroke stock trans that is running a SCT chip rated @ 150 hp @ the crank and he has 37" tires.

I'm running roughly 120 extra HP and I have the transgo JR.
It seems to handle it just fine, I will eventually bump the power down in a while but for now there seems to be no problem at all.

Should be fine

I have been running the Bullydog (power pup) on the 2nd level, and I think it is in the 90 to 100 horsepower range if I remember correctly. I don't even have the Transgo yet. I do plan on it, just haven't had the time yet. I am running 35" tires also but I don't really beat up on it. I am having the gears changed in a couple of days and once thats done the trans is next on the list, I want to see how level three is.
Back to the question, I think there are a lot of people running around 100 hp with no upgrades at all and I haven't heard of a problem from anyone I know, so I would think with the upgrade you would be very safe.

Well it hauled very well for the first shot. How long will it last is the kicker. I have the EVO set on 2 and it has silly power for towing. I'm very careful about how I apply the power but once and awhile when I need it I'll give her some. This thing pulls hard on the hills with no fuss. It reminds me of some of the big CC motors I dragraced bikes with, it rips without a struggle. I think torque is the common thing here.

I have been running the PPE Hot + 2 on level three which is 160 HP. I DO NOT jack around from light to light with it matted. I accelerate smoothly and it shifts just fine. If I have my foot in it I am on the highway past all shift points. When it craps out I will go with the Suncoast V.

I am running 41" tires with the power pup on level 3. I smoked my tranny and it is now with Mike L. for an SC3 and converter. Be careful with level 3. Never had a problem with level 2, only when I had some fun with level 3. Once you drive around with level 3, you get addicted and that is what happened to me. Mike L. said it is the worst he has seen in a while. Play and pay right?
