I took my truck in two weeks ago to get the injectors changed, Still not done yet. I called them today, and the say they are waiting on the injectors to come in. But what gets me i called them last thursday, and they told me they were due in that day!:wtf1: What does anyone else think about this? I have never heard anything bad about this place before. But something is not adding up here?

looks like too long??

Not sure why you are having to wait so long for injector replacement. The
dealership I work for always has at least one set on shelf in parts room if
not more. If your truck is being repaired under special policy(warranty) they could have overnighted injecters and had them next day. Good luck on getting truck back-its too bad your having to wait so long. I have helped several people traveling through and had them back on road in one
day-thats how it should work!!

I'm dealing with the same scenario. Dealer stated all 8 injectors will be replaced, claimed the injectors were in stock, had my truck in by appointment, said it was a 1 day event, 5 days later my truck still sat untouched. The dealer claims the injectors being present was a mis-communication, and they are back ordered indefinitely. Randy Marion is the "Self claimed" customer service numero uno dealer here. Personally, I think they really "Bring on the suck!"
