My truck is still at the dealer awaiting repair. The service manager says it's going to take 3 days to get an injector pump installed. Does it really take over 20 hours to do this???

They have the part in stock. The 20 hours is just the time they say they need to install the part.

Well, think of it like this. Your truck is not the only truck they are working on. So they will have it for a while, but with regards to your question. Yes it does take some time to get it done and to make sure it is done "right".. Don't want to have to deal with this again...

An LB7 injection pump pays 4 hours warranty time.
