176,000 miles on mine, bought it new

one set of injectors, one motor mount, one set of idlers and a belt. and the usual brakes and filters.
 
Today turned 166,000. Brake pads, idler pullies, serp belt, alternator/batteries, fuel filter housing, Cp3, thermostats, fuel pressure regulator, nsbu switch, belt tensioner, rear axle seals, ball joints, tie rods, idler arms, pitman arm, shocks, blower motor resistor, window regulators twice, rear u joint twice, glow plugs/controller,original injectors.
 
2002 398,400 and running 12's with 527 HP :D Yes it has had a hard life,the 500 HP tune has been it it for over 200,000 miles :eek:
As of 9/6/12 480,000 runs grate :eek: still in the 12's IT HAS HAD A HARD LIFE (WORK TRUCK) :)
 
second zf lb7, first one was an 02 i was the second owner bought it with 272,000. got rearended and totalled it three weeks later. second one i was the second owner still got it bought it with 216,216 miles it has 227,000 now ive done a water pump, injectors, a transfer case, love it

181k and still going strong. All stock until 176k when I got it. Putting in its 3rd set of injectors this weekend. Other than that everything is perfect!
 
232,000 on a 2003 2500HD 4x4. Just changed the wheel hub assembly on drivers side yesterday. Did the passenger side 40,000 miles ago. My uncle bought it brand new and I have had it for several years now. Running solid again and feels like new with the new hub!
 
280000 on mine. not sure of previous maint but I think I am going to be doing injectors soon. other than that I have done normal maintenance like brakes shocks etc.
 
145k on mine.

Injectors have been done once by previous owner, i have replaced the Neutral Safety Switch once, all 3 Transmission cooler lines, 2 speed sensors, 1 signal Relay.
 
2003, 2500HD 4X4 Crew Cab

200,000 miles; 1 set of injectors at 100K, Alt, couple of PB Boosters, and 1.5 sets of front rotor hubs. I'm on my third set of batteries.

I'm very happy with this truck.
 
500,000 km (312500 miles) - the liqiud metal (devcon) repaired cylinder heads lasted 35000 miles - completely done in - had to replace this time

200,000. Injectors @ 139,000 and wheel brgs. Need to rebuild filter head, no other problems so far.

Required maintenance:
Injectors at 99k, 181k, and 359k.
FPR at 354k.

Preventative maintenance: (wife and daughter ride in this rig)
Complete (moog) front steering including pump at 351k.
Complete (moog) front suspension including torsion bar bushings at 359k.

Suncoast kit & precision industries converter
Rear air ride (based on a Pete Air Leaf)
Paint ('96 Impala DCCM)

So you get 50% more milage than millions of the rest of these trucks and we are to believe this.
I don't...not even close.
Yup - not sure what tuning your using - I use a mild tow - straight pipe - big air cleaner - fuel conditioner in every tank full - checked the numbers three times - done on hi way 2 in Alberta averaging 28 - 33 - towing a 32 foot holiday trailer this lat summer averaged 18 - 20

2003, 125k, 8,120 hours, injectors at 58k have 3 out of spec as of now, 1set of brakes, 1 wheel bearing, idler, many belts, frame repair

2002, 130k, 6,600 hours, injectors replaced under warrenty (previous owner), currently seeing white smoke at idle. idler, brakes
