Iam turning up the fuel on a 6.2 w/a Banks sidewinder turbo kit. When I turned the crank to the access hole there is no allen screw to adjust. Whats the deal

There has to be - if the pump was working. The screw puts pressure on a leaf-spring. If the screw was not there, nothing would be holding down the spring, and the pump would fall apart.

Are you looking in the correct place? And, did you rotate the engine to get it to face you?
