I can put the slighest pressure on the arm and it goes. Anyone know a band-aid fix to get me home in the rain and snow? Naturally has to be the drivers side!

Lift the lower cover on the wiper arm itself. Right where it attaches to the truck and tighten the nut beneath there. IIRC, the cover is a round push-on and the nut is 14mm. Also, if you look closely on the windshield, in line with the center of each blade, you will find a black dot or line, to help you determine the correct position of the arm.
I've never overtightened and broken one, but I have had fleet drivers report this condition too late and the little, baby splines had gone away.

You will find this is very common on most cars these days. Easy fix!
