I dont understand this, I know the little cross hose behind the w/p leaks alittle, but when it freezes my truck leaks coolant out of the front of the engine someplace anyone ever experiance this? or have a clue? Thanks in advance
yep, been a number of years but a loose fitting, hose clamp, or water pump seal will leak pretty good when it cools off and different materials have different shrink rates and i haven't put my head under the hood too often on my duramax so i don't know how many leak points there are but i'm sure you have at least two clamps & hoses and of course the water pump
Thanks, I will check everything out. It has been wierd, I thought it was my water pump so I pressure tested it, got it hot did every thing, could not make it leak, so Ill check it out when its cold, thanks again
