I got 2 P0606 codes last night coming home. Didn't notice any problems, but engine light came on. Going to take it in tomorrow and went to remove the Hypertech program before going in, but it says I need to remove codes first. If I remove the codes, how are they going to find out what is wrong? Local dealership very ------! Told me (after I bought it) by putting 265s on my truck could cause a warranty problem with tranny. Did any way. Any ideas on the programmer? I installed it around 600 miles to correct tire size, now have about 2800m.
Thanks, Shep

Trippin, appreciate the PM reply. That's what I did and will do when I talk to him. Our local dealerships service manager is a real p----! I totally agree that if I caused a problem, I should be responsible, but this guy said if I went to larger tires (265's), it could cause a problem with the tranny warranty, real cut and dry. Would go out of town, but don't have the time.
If anything happens out of this, will repost.
Thanks, Shep
