Has anyone had any luck with a good streetable TCM tune? What kinda changes are you making??

I'm using the '01TCM with high idle. I haven't changed too much. I adjusted the Diff Ratio, and fixed D5018. That's pretty streetable for me. I'm looking into adding some downshifting so it doesn't lug so hard in 5th sometimes when I press the peddle to about 60% or more at 60mph.
