Good buy?

Looking for my first diesel, wondering if this is worth it.
1993 GMC 1 Ton Dually Turbo Diesel(6.5) 4WD, $4500.
Body has 170k on it w/ newer engine and tranny.
5 Speed, dual stacks, 10 foot flat bed.

Decent?

If it passes all the tests listed in the FAQ's section then that would be an excellent buy, assuming the rest of the drivetain is good and the truck drives well
