I have an 03' and the injectors were replaced in September of 06', about a month before the 200,000 mile warranty came out. I paid for it out of pocket and after I saw the new warranty come out in October, I called GM. It took from October 10th till today to get my check, but I got it. If anybody else paid out of pocket like I did, just stay on them. It sure paid off for me.:D :D :D :D :D :D :D

By the way, my dealer went to bat for me when I had the work done in September and got GM to pay half of the original job. This was because I told him of a lot of people on this site were having problems with theirs. My half cost me $2000. Now I have that back because of this great website and the very helpful people on here. If it weren't for this site I would have probably had to pay for the entire job and would not have known about the extended warranty.

Good to see someone get back what they are owed. The dealer went to bat for you to get their half that they paid out to GM for parts and labor. It is certainly good PR also if they want to keep your business.

Just stay on them. They pulled that "we never received your receipts" stuff with me also. I went off on them because I was already told by somebody that they had received them. My process went through 3 different people over 4 months because of people quitting or moving to different departments. All I can say is keep good records of time/date off your calls, and write down who you spoke to, and there extension, and what they said. Make them spell out there first and last names so you have it right. That is the only thing that saved me.

When they told me they never received my receipts, I told them who I spoke to, with the time/date of the call, and that person said they received them. She told me she would call me back, and sure enough, 30 minutes later, I got a call and they found my receipts and information.

When I had mine changed last montht the dealer showed me what it would have cost, at only $3600 I thought it was cheap being that the labor was only $600.
Congrats on geting your money. Everyone else who is trying, just sick it out and don't let them forget you.
